Questions we hear every week

Is a permit required in Memphis?
Not if the container sits on a private driveway. If it needs to go on a public street, Memphis requires a right-of-way permit — we'll point you to exactly who handles that.
Is same-day delivery available?
In most cases, yes — book before 1pm on a weekday and we'll fit you into that afternoon's route. After 1pm you go on the first run the following morning.
Which size do most homeowners go with?
The 20 yard. It handles a kitchen renovation or a full-home cleanout, and it's the container we deliver most often in Memphis. If your project is smaller, we'll let you know and bring the 10 or 15 instead.
How many days can I keep the container?
Seven days come standard with every size. Need extra time? Call or text before your scheduled pickup and we'll extend it.
Where exactly will you place the container?
Anywhere our truck can safely reach — driveway, side yard, or the street if you have a permit. Let us know which way you want the door to face and we'll set it accordingly.
